Email Jim Smith’s practice focuses on estate planning and administration, real estate, elder law and business matters. He is a member of Elder Counsel, LLC.
Before joining Smith Law, P.A. in 2014, Jim worked as a paralegal at a major New York City law firm. After college he spent a year in Taiwan teaching English to elementary school students.
Jim is a 2013 honors graduate of Vermont Law School where he was a member of the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law and a fellow for the US-China Partnership for Environmental Law. He is admitted to the Maine, New York and New Jersey bars.
